We have a sound reputation for fast & reliable MECHANICAL TESTING
NADCAP & A2LA Mechanical Test LAB
MES is a NADCAP and A2LA 17025 accredited mechanical testing lab that provides mechanical testing of metals, polymers, and components.
Typical mechanical tests performed at MES include tensile strength, compression, material hardness, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, flexural testing, and shear strength. These tests are performed at a range of temperatures and to varying industry standards.
MECHANICAL TESTING APPLICATIONS
The mechanical properties of a given material provide insight into the in-service mechanical performance. The MES test lab provides test data through mechanical testing of sample coupons extracted from the parent material. Mechanical testing may be used by manufacturers for material quality verification, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure materials meet design criteria.
COMPLETE MECHANICAL TEST LAB
Our state-of-the-art test lab and dedicated machine shop allows us to provide a one-stop-shop for accurate and reliable results.
These tests are performed per ASTM, API, MIL, or other standards. The experience of our engineers and a comprehensive quality control program ensure accurate, reproducible results.
MES is capable of testing large lot sizes for manufacturing controls and we offer discounted rates for high volume testing.
